WEEZOG TERMS OF SERVICE

Version 2.0 — effective 20 September 2026

ARTICLE 1: PURPOSE AND ACCEPTANCE

These terms of service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the Weezog mobile application and the www.weezog.com website (together, the "Service"), published by Weezog, based in Agadir, Morocco ("Weezog", "we", "us"). They form a contract between Weezog and any person who uses the Service (the "User", "you"). You accept them by ticking the box provided for this purpose when you sign up. This electronic acceptance has the same value as a signature under Law No. 53-05 on the electronic exchange of legal data. We keep proof of your acceptance (version accepted, date and time). The Weezog privacy policy forms an integral part of these Terms. If you do not accept these documents, do not use the Service.

ARTICLE 2: DEFINITIONS

- Merchant: a User who creates a business profile (shop, grocery, wholesaler, supplier, etc.) to track the credit they give to their customers or receive from their suppliers. - Customer: a person, whether or not registered on Weezog, whose credit purchases and payments are recorded by a Merchant. - Transaction: any operation recorded in the Service (credit, payment, store credit, cancellation, modification). - Counterparty: the other party to a Transaction. - Content: any information entered or published by a User (names, amounts, descriptions, comments, photos, etc.).

ARTICLE 3: DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE

Weezog is a digital credit ledger. In particular, it allows: - Merchants to record their customers, the credit they grant and the payments they receive, and to track balances; - Customers, once linked to a Merchant, to view the details of what they owe or what is owed to them; - a Customer to be linked to a Merchant using a link code; - Users to comment on a Transaction, dispute it and block a Counterparty; - Users to receive notifications and monthly statements (PDF) by email. Weezog is a tracking tool. Weezog is neither a credit institution nor a payment institution within the meaning of Law No. 103-12: we do not grant credit, hold funds, make payments between Users or collect debts. Recorded amounts are declared by Users under their sole responsibility; Weezog does not verify their accuracy. The Service does not replace the accounts or documents that the law requires merchants to keep.

ARTICLE 4: ELIGIBILITY

To create an account, you must: - be at least 18 years old (the age of legal majority in Morocco) and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract; - provide accurate information and keep it up to date; - if you act on behalf of a business, be authorised to bind it and carry on a lawful activity. The application can be downloaded free of charge. Access costs (device, Internet connection) are your responsibility.

ARTICLE 5: ACCOUNT AND SECURITY

You sign up with an email address and password, or with a Google account. A single account can include a personal profile and one or more business profiles. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity carried out from your account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication. Report any unauthorised use of your account to support@weezog.com without delay. Weezog will never ask you for your password by email, phone or message.

ARTICLE 6: RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN MERCHANTS AND CUSTOMERS

6.1. Weezog is not a party to commercial relationships between Users. Sales, credit granted, its terms and its repayment are exclusively a matter of agreement between the Merchant and the Customer. 6.2. A Customer only sees a Merchant's Transactions after voluntarily linking with them (link code or accepted invitation). Each party can dispute a Transaction, comment on it or block the other party from within the application. 6.3. When a Merchant records a Customer who does not have a Weezog account, the Merchant alone is responsible for the information entered. The Merchant undertakes to record only the data needed to track the credit (name, phone number, amounts), to inform the Customer of this record and of their rights, and to comply with Law No. 09-08. For this data, Weezog acts as the Merchant's processor (see the privacy policy). 6.4. Users settle any disagreement between themselves. Weezog may facilitate communication but does not decide disputes and is not responsible for their outcome.

ARTICLE 7: RULES OF CONDUCT

You must not use the Service to: - record fictitious or false Transactions, or Transactions intended to deceive, harass or pressure anyone; - record data about a person without a legitimate reason, or sensitive data (health, religion, political opinions, origin, etc.); - publish insulting, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory or unlawful content; - carry on any illegal activity, including usury, money laundering, fraud or trading in prohibited goods; - impersonate another person or create automated accounts; - undermine the security of the Service (viruses, intrusion, mass data extraction, circumvention of technical protections). Any breach may lead to removal of the Content and suspension or termination of the account, without prejudice to legal action.

ARTICLE 8: USER CONTENT AND MODERATION

You remain the owner of your Content. You grant Weezog, solely for the duration and purposes of providing the Service, a free, non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce and display it to you and your Counterparties. Weezog does not use your Content for any other purpose, does not sell it and does not use it for advertising. Any User can report Content that is unlawful or breaches these Terms, from within the application or at support@weezog.com. We may remove or disable access to Content that is manifestly unlawful or breaches these Terms. Unless there is an emergency or a legal prohibition, we inform the User concerned of the action taken and the reason for it; the User may challenge it by replying to us.

ARTICLE 9: FREE PLAN AND PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS

9.1. Weezog offers a free plan, which may be limited (number of shops or customers), and may offer paid subscriptions giving access to additional features or higher limits. The content and the price, including all taxes, of each plan are displayed in the application before any purchase. 9.2. Subscriptions are purchased and paid for through Google Play or Apple's App Store, under the terms of those platforms. Weezog does not receive or store your bank details. 9.3. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically for the same period. You can turn off renewal at any time in your app store settings; the subscription remains active until the end of the paid period. 9.4. Right of withdrawal: if you act as a consumer, you have seven days to withdraw, in accordance with Article 36 of Law No. 31-08 on consumer protection measures. If you ask for the subscription to start immediately, you acknowledge that performance begins before the end of that period, which may limit this right under the conditions of Article 38 of the same law. Refund requests are handled under the Google Play or App Store procedures; you can also write to us at support@weezog.com. 9.5. Any price change is notified to you at least 30 days in advance and applies only from the next renewal period. You may cancel before it takes effect. 9.6. If you return to the free plan, your data is kept; only features beyond the free limits are restricted.

ARTICLE 10: AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES TO THE SERVICE

We make reasonable efforts to provide an accessible and reliable Service (best-efforts obligation). The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or security reasons; we keep such interruptions to a minimum and give advance notice where possible. The Service evolves. If we ever had to discontinue it permanently, we would inform you at least 60 days in advance and allow you to retrieve your data (for example your statements). We recommend that you keep your monthly statements: they are a copy of your history.

ARTICLE 11: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The application, the website, their code and design, and Weezog's trademarks, logos and texts (excluding User Content) are protected, in particular by Law No. 2-00 on copyright and related rights and Law No. 17-97 on the protection of industrial property. Weezog grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the application for your personal or business needs in accordance with these Terms. Except to the extent permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Service, or exploit it commercially without our written consent. Anyone may link to www.weezog.com without prior permission, provided that the link does not cause confusion or harm Weezog's image.

ARTICLE 12: LIABILITY

12.1. Weezog is liable for direct damage caused by a breach of its obligations, under the conditions provided by applicable law. 12.2. Weezog is not liable for: - the accuracy of information and amounts entered by Users; - relationships, disputes or unpaid debts between Users; - use of the Service in breach of these Terms; - access to your account resulting from a failure to protect your login details; - interruptions caused by force majeure within the meaning of Articles 268 and 269 of the Moroccan Code of Obligations and Contracts, or by networks, devices or third-party services (telecom operators, app stores). 12.3. Nothing in these Terms limits Weezog's liability for fraud or gross negligence, or deprives consumers of the rights granted to them by Law No. 31-08. 12.4. You are liable for damage caused to Weezog or third parties by your breach of these Terms or of the law.

ARTICLE 13: SUSPENSION, TERMINATION AND ACCOUNT DELETION

13.1. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account from within the application (Profile, then account deletion) or at support@weezog.com. Deletion is completed within 30 days at most. Remember to cancel any subscription in your app store: deleting your account does not cancel it automatically. 13.2. Transactions shared with a Counterparty are also part of that Counterparty's history; they remain visible to them after your account is deleted, as described in the privacy policy. 13.3. Weezog may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity or at the request of a competent authority. Unless there is an emergency, a legal obligation or a risk to other Users, we notify you in advance with the reason, and you may submit your comments. 13.4. The contract is entered into for an indefinite period. It ends when the account is deleted.

ARTICLE 14: PERSONAL DATA

The processing of your personal data is described in the Weezog privacy policy, available in the application and at www.weezog.com.

ARTICLE 15: THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

The Service relies on third-party services (Google sign-in, Google Play, App Store, hosting services), whose use is also subject to their own terms. Third-party websites linked from the Service are not controlled by Weezog, which is not responsible for them.

ARTICLE 16: CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may amend these Terms, in particular to reflect changes to the Service or the law. For any significant change, we notify you in the application or by email at least 30 days before it takes effect, unless the change is required by law or necessary for security reasons. The new version is presented to you for acceptance; if you refuse it, you may delete your account free of charge. Changes do not apply retroactively.

ARTICLE 17: COMPLAINTS

For any question or complaint: support@weezog.com. We acknowledge receipt within 7 days and aim to respond in substance within 30 days. Consumers may also contact consumer protection associations or the competent authorities.

ARTICLE 18: LANGUAGES

These Terms are written in French and translated into Moroccan Darija, Tachelhit (written in Tifinagh) and English. In the event of any discrepancy between versions, the French version prevails, unless a mandatory legal provision provides otherwise.

ARTICLE 19: GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, please contact us first so that we can seek an amicable solution. Failing agreement: - if you are a consumer, the competent court is, at your choice, that of your domicile or residence or that of the place where the damage occurred, in accordance with Article 202 of Law No. 31-08; - if you act in a professional capacity, the courts of Agadir have exclusive jurisdiction. If you live outside Morocco, in particular in the European Union, you retain the benefit of the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

ARTICLE 20: GENERAL PROVISIONS

If any clause of these Terms is held void or unenforceable, the other clauses remain in force. Weezog's failure to enforce any clause does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce it later.
