Delete your Weezog account
You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time, free of charge. Here is how.
From the app
- 1Open Weezogthen the menu, and tap “My profile”.
- 2Scroll to the bottom“Delete account” is the last line, in red.
- 3Tap “Delete account”and give a reason if you wish.
- 4Send the requestour team deletes the account and confirms it to you.
What is deleted, what is kept
- Deleted
- your profile (name, e-mail, phone, photo), the stores of your account, your preferences and your phone's notification token.
- Kept
- the transactions already recorded with the other party of a relationship, without your name or contact details: they are also part of that shop's or customer's history.
- Timeframe
- the deletion is carried out within 30 days of the request. Backup copies are erased within 90 days at most.
You no longer have the app?
Write to us from your account's e-mail address, with the subject “Account deletion”. We process it within 30 days at most.
